EXCHANGES
Although Mykicks.us does not charge buyers shipping separate from the cost of the item paid by the buyer in the event of an exchange, the Buyer must subtract the shipping cost incurred by Mykicks.us in sending the item to the buyer as well the buyer is fully responsible in paying for the shipping of the returned item back to Mykicks.us. The rates of shipping that Mykicks.us is charged which is non-refundable.

Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit .

The buyer agrees to assume the risk of the item being lost in transit and a refund cannot be issued until the item is returned to Mykicks.us in perfect condition including box, tags, etc. where applicable and not worn, damaged, or used in any way that would inhibit the ability to resell the item.  



But below is suggestion of exchange:
because this is internatioinal business,  usually shipping cost too much.   So if you send back the item, the shipping company in USA will charge you about 25USD per item  to send back to our company.

Right now we offer win-win policy to you, according to our exchange policy, there are 2 choices for you:
1.  You send back the item to me,  and  you can pick other item, but we ship it together with your next new order, to reship the item solely, you need to pay me shipping.
2.  You don't send back,  and i don't send new item to you.  But i refund 50% of value of problem items.

RETURNS FOR MONEY BACK
Furthermore, in the event of a Return for money back the order is subject to a $15 per item restocking fee.
The restocking fee needs to be paid prior to us providing the return address.
