SHIPPING / DELIVERY OF SHOES
MyKicks.US shoes are shipped directly from overseas with EMS Shipping (USPS in USA Service).
All packages must be signed for. If nobody is home, your local post office will hold your package until it is picked up and signed for. If a package is returned to sender because the buyer did not claim the package, we are not responsible for reshipping a replacement pair of shoes. In case the package send back to our company, then we will resend the package, buyer should pay shipping cost.


SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time is approx. 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your Order.
Sometimes Shoes might be out of stock, in that case, we will send email to ask you to pick new choices on our site, the customer should email us with the new choice of shoes they would like to order in time. If we did not get your new choices to replace, then we will send the rest order first.  For those out of stock items, we either refund you or send to you on your next new orders.We cannot be held for any decisions Customs decides to make about your package.
